Great for high-volume brewing, the Fetco CBS-2152XTS thermal coffee maker has a twin design with two sections and brew baskets. Though these are sold separately, the unit is designed to brew directly into thermal servers that keep the coffee fresh and warm for hours. Since it is an automatic model, the unit needs to be hooked up to a direct water supply, which will reduce the labor required when manual water reservoir refills are necessary. Because a manual water faucet is integrated into the front, the operator can make hot chocolate and tea without affecting the brew process.

This Fetco CBS-2152XTS high-volume thermal coffee maker’s touchscreen control panel is designed to streamline operation, easing set-up, programming, brewing, and diagnostics. On this user-friendly controller, operators can get instant feedback for the brew cycle and other aspects of the unit. In addition to taking users to their most popular coffee blend cycles, the control screen can be customized for branding and merchandising specific product offerings.
